Carissa's Cinderella Themed Birthday Cake

This was a truly fairytale birthday celebration.  From all the beautiful details and décor, to the yummy food to the icing on the cake!  Everything was perfect!  I made this cake for my niece Carissa and at the time of cutting the cake she said "why are you breaking my cake"?  :(  That is the worse part of my job, having to cut a cake which took me hours and hours of labor! LOL  The carriage is all edible made out of rice crispies and fondant.  The cake was a moist and flavorful almond cake filled with almond and vanilla buttercream.
