Designed this beautiful cake for Nadine and Jon's wedding. They celebrated their reception at Pietro's On River in Hutchinson Island. This was a moist almond brandy cake filled with coconut buttercream and gananche topped with toasted almonds. They also enjoyed a vanilla rum cake filled with alternating layers of passion fruit and strawberry buttercreams.
Made this square buttercream cake for Amy's wedding reception this past Saturday. They celebrated with friends and family at the Lonestar Club in Stuart. The decor was beautiful and it looked like they were going to have a great celebration.
