Almond Brandy or Amaretto Cake: An super moist and flavorful cake infused with almond flavor and Brandy or Amaretto liquor, filled with vanilla, almond or light chocolate buttercream.
Terry's Coconut Crunch Cake: My signature cake baked with shredded coconut, infused with Coconut Rum and filled with coconut buttercream then topped with caramel drizzle and candied walnuts.

Mike's Best Ever Chocolate Cake!: I named this cake after our friend Mike went crazy for this cake. It's my chocolate cake filled with alternating layers of chocolate buttercream and peanut butter cream. I added Reese's Peanut Butter cups and chocolate ganache drizzle. It was a bomb!
Coconut Paradise: A moist coconut cake filled with raspberry preserves and alternating layers of coconut and raspberry buttercream.
Almond Joy: Coconut cake filled with almond buttercream and a thin layer of chocolate ganache. Topped with toasted almonds.
