Happy Birthday Jonathan!

I created this cake for Jonathan's Birthday. He loves fishing and wanted a very special cake for his birthday party. I love the outcome of this cake, especially the bold colors on the bottom tier and the little fish jumping out of the water. I can still picture Jonathan's big smile when he picked up his cake. This was a moist vanilla rum cake filled with vanilla buttercream.
