Last Cake of 2012!!!

I designed this cake for Candace, who wanted a cake with bling and just beautiful.  Even though her wedding was more of an intimate affair, she wanted the cake to be special!  I never met Candace; she was in Alaska and the groom was in Afganistan.   All the conversations were done through email and telephone.  She was not worried at all and trusted that I would do the cake she had dreamed of! What an honor!  I am so happy to have been part of this wedding and also very happy with the outcome of the cake.  I hope you enjoy looking at it, as much as I enjoyed making it!  Happy New Year Everyone!!!
