Arroz con Gandules

This was one of the coolest cakes ever!  A Rachel Ray pot of Rice with pigeon peas!  All edible. Each grain of rice was hand rolled, yes! About 3 hours of labor just making the grains of rice! This was a moist vanilla rum cake filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserves.
